Red-Hot Bat: Peyto Collects Cycle

Tri-Staters second baseman Elton Peyto made big news in Evansville's 5-4 victory over the Raleigh El Dorados. He was 4-for-5 at the plate and hit for the cycle, collecting 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run.
"My numbers were gaudy but lots of guys deserve a share of the credit today," Peyto said later.
Elton Peyto hit a solo-shot off Jarrod Gerlach in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, tripled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
Currently Peyto has 3 home runs and a .336 batting average.
