Kilauea Won't Make Playoffs Sunday, September 11th , 2039 There will certainly be no championship parade for the Kilauea Volcanoes this season. They were already on the outside looking in for the playoff chase, but the club was officially eliminated from contention today. Kilauea last appeared in the postseason in 2033. This is their 6th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 25 times in their 32-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Volcanoes have only made the playoffs once. |
