Baker and MacLay Fight, Get Suspended Saturday, July 16th , 2039 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Santo Domingo-Joplin contest at Estadio Quisqueya. The Tourists Tim Baker and the Red Racers Harris MacLay will have to sit out 3 and 6 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. This season Baker is batting .245 with 11 home runs. His totals include 31 RBIs and 34 runs scored. So far this year MacLay has compiled a 9-4 record with a 3.16 ERA. |
