The Cy-Fair HS Bobcats beat the Union City HS Hillers, 9-4, at Union City HS & Athletic Complex. Cy-Fair HS designated hitter Jason Hill had an outstanding performance. He went 3 for 4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 times. The winning pitcher was Elmer Murphy. He tossed 76 pitches over 6 innings, allowing 3 runs on 4 hits. Harry Bartlett sewed up the save, his 1st.
