Clutch Hitting Delivers Win for Bobcats
The Cy-Fair HS Bobcats and Mobile Christian HS Cheetahs obliged fans looking for a good time.

A good performance from designated hitter Jason Hill helped the Cy-Fair HS Bobcats defeat the Mobile Christian HS Cheetahs, 5-4. Hill was 2 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Bobcats. Luis González, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 1st save.

Had Jorge Júlio not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 2nd, Júlio hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 5-4, in favor of the Bobcats.

"Winning is the only objective," said Hill after the game.

The last-place Cheetahs have lost 4 straight games.
