Hoyes Captures HL Batter of Month Award Wednesday, October 1st , 2042 At only 22 years of age, Arthur Hoyes could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Kauai Monsters, as September was one to remember for the left fielder and he has captured the Hawaiian League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .418 with 9 home runs, 11 RBIs and 14 runs scored. Thus far this year, Hoyes is batting .274 with 25 home runs, 48 RBIs and 62 runs scored. |
