By a final score of 7-6 at Citizens Ballpark, Homer ended the Wild Card and knocked out the Anchorage Mighty Moose by a series score of 3-1. "Two great teams, only one can go on and we're happy that's us," said Juan Muñíz, who was named series MVP. "There's no easy games, no easy series in the Surf and Snow Amalgamation playoffs."
