Imperialists Win Wild Card Tuesday, September 23rd , 2042 The Ewa Beach Imperialists appear poised to make a serious run at the Surf and Snow Cup after a convincing sweep over the Waikiki Coconuts in the Wild Card. It's now on to the Divisional for Ewa Beach, who won the final game 4-3 and took the series 3-0. "Everyone's doing their part and things are falling into place," said Ewa Beach right fielder Falco Olthuis, who was named series MVP. "It feels like a special year." For the series, Olthuis hit .667 with a .727 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 3 runs.
