Medicine Hat's Hogan Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits

It was a parade of hits for Steve Hogan of the Medicine Hat Drillers at Medicine Hat Municipal Stadium.
Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Hogan finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Drillers to a win, 5-4.
"Hogan was really good and we were really bad," groaned Mothra manager Mike Robinson. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."
Steve Hogan singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and doubled in the 9th.
In 12 games this year, Hogan has posted a .304 average and put up these numbers: no home runs, 2 RBIs and 3 runs scored.
