Best RML Reliever Named Friday, October 17th , 2042 He may only be 25, but César Alfonso of the Henderson Fighting Scotts has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the Rocky Mountain League. The reliever was today named the RML Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2042. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 12 saves in 51 relief appearances and 60 strikeouts in 65.1 innings. He had a record of 7-1 to go with his 1.65 ERA. He received 12 first place votes out of a possible 32. Jong-pil Song of the Grand Rapids Rafters finished second in voting with 18 first place votes, while Joe Hollins of the Glendale Skyelanders finished third with 2 first place votes.
