Grand Rapids Moves on to Championship Friday, September 19th , 2042 The Grand Rapids Rafters "proved we can handle pressure" by beating the Divisional and eliminating the Provo Missionaries, according to series MVP Michael MacLay. "This is the big stage, we're off to the Championship and looking towards the Ambassador's Cup," he said. "There's a lot of pressure at this time of year and it's only going to get more intense from here. But I think we can handle it just fine." Grand Rapids won the final game 4-1, to wrap up the series 4-2. MacLay led his team to the series win by putting up a .375 average, with a .400 on-base percentage.
