Glover Collects Player of the Week Award Monday, August 11th , 2042 Eindhoven Electric fans are celebrating John Glover's selection as Appalachian Mountain League Player of the Week. Glover put up some serious numbers over the past seven days as he cracked 12 hits in 32 at-bats. The 23-year-old first baseman hit .375, drove in 10 runs, scored 4 times and hit 3 home runs. In 116 games this season, Glover has compiled a .283 batting average with 130 hits and 23 home runs. He has also scored 57 times and knocked in 77 runs. |
