July's #1 Batter Announced Friday, August 1st , 2042 Kazu Morimoto may be much younger than other hitters in the Rocky Mountain League, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in July to win the Batter of the Month award. The 24-year-old Sioux Falls right fielder hit .344 with 8 home runs, 20 RBIs and 17 runs scored. To date this year, Morimoto is batting .287 with 20 home runs. |
