Bankers Pull Back to .500 With Win Over Chargers
Behind the bravura of second baseman Miguel Medina, the National City Bankers topped the Chula Vista Chargers by the score of 8-4. Medina was 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for the Bankers. The win belonged to Pedro Hernández in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Jesús Sánchez took the loss for Chula Vista. The save went to Brendan Mullet, his 6th this season.
