Slumping Saguaros Lose Again
The Ensenada Las Brujas Malvadas dumped the Tijuana Saguaros, 6-3, in large part due to shortstop Matt Davies. On the day, Davies went 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Las Brujas Malvadas. Palmiro Banho picked up his 1st save of the season. The losing streak has reached 8 games for the Saguaros. Manager Manuel Aguilar was visibly upset after the game, hurling a string of profanities en route to the clubhouse.

With Ensenada trailing 2-0 in the bottom of the first, Davies hit a fastball from Benjamin Ross for a grand slam home run. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Las Brujas Malvadas ahead, 4-2.

"If it can go wrong, it will go wrong," said Manuel Aguilar, the Tijuana manager.
