Thanks in large part to third baseman Caspar Hill, the Drumright Tornadoes beat the Govan Shipbuilders, 10-4. Hill was 3-5 with 2 doubles. He scored 2 times. Evan Gould, the winning pitcher, improved to 13-6. He pitched 6.1 innings, giving up 7 hits and 4 runs, while striking out 9 and walking 4.
