Bismarck pitcher Iwan Floor had a large part in his team subduing the Portsmouth Dockhands, 7-1. The opposition could never mount much of a rally against the right-hander. The Battleships saw their record improve to 77-43.

The two teams provided some entertaining baseball for the Battleships Ballpark crowd. Regardless of the outcome, a good time was had by all.

"Iwan was doing a good job pouring in strikes," said Bismarck manager Tony Thompson.
