|
The Shizuoka Anguirus bested the Lincoln Emancipation, 8-3, at Ballpark of Shizuoka. Sixto López was one of the standouts. He was 3-4 with 2 home runs and a double. He scored 3 times and drove in 6. Now 12-16, the Emancipation have not played well this season.
In the bottom of the sixth, López put his team in front with his 5th home run of the season. The grand slam home run, which came against Ramón Morales, made it 5-3, Shizuoka.
López attributed the win to "everyone pulling their weight."
