Cluett Leads Thornton to 2-0 Win
|
The Thornton Sun Dogs topped the Provo Missionaries, 2-0, in Rocky Mountain League action at Field of the Missionaries. The standout performance belonged to Thornton pitcher and London, England, native Henry Cluett. Jin-haeng Yon earned the save for Thornton, his 2nd. The defeat makes Provo 2-7.
Cluett delivered a quality start for Thornton. The 6-foot-6 right-hander allowed no earned runs on 4 hits over 8 innings of work.
