Braggarts Lose at Home, 6-1, to Eindhoven
|
Eindhoven Electric starter Okura Arai was in fine form. He led his team to victory over the Fayetteville Braggarts, 6-1. Eindhoven is now 45-46, Fayetteville 54-37.
In the bottom of the eighth, Jonathan Hill stood in the box, looking for a pitch to hammer. The Braggarts were trailing 4-1, but had runners on 1st and 2nd. That's when Shadi Ouakili made a terrific pitch and Hill struck out. Gone was the dream of a Fayetteville comeback.
