At Rhino Park, the Leeds Locomotives and Clifton Dons were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

Dan Gore added some punch to the Clifton offense, helping them outmuscle the Leeds Locomotives, 8-7. In the game, Gore, who is tied for 2nd in the AML with a .389 on-base percentage, was 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 2. The winner was Naofumi Yamaguchi, who threw 108 pitches over 7 innings. The left-hander was charged with 2 runs on 8 hits. Pete Blaquiere picked up his 2nd save of the season.
