Hyun-jung Sin powered the Akron Ambers to a win over the Raleigh El Dorados. The final score was 7-2. The Akron first baseman, who is tied for 8th in the AML in RBI with 28, was a force to be reckoned with. He banged out 3 extra-base hits, including 1 home run and 2 doubles. The win gives Akron a season record of 30-21.

With Akron leading 1-0 in the top of the fourth, Sin hit a sinker from Bob Hodge for a 3-run home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Ambers ahead, 4-0.
