Leeds Gets 7-2 Win Against Tri-Staters
Leeds took on Evansville in front of a lively crowd.

Leeds picked up a win at Tri-Staters Ballpark, bumping off the Evansville Tri-Staters, 7-2. Pitcher Dan O'Halloran was a major reason the Locomotives emerged victorious. The winner was O'Halloran. He threw 6.2 innings allowing 2 runs. The loser was Euan MacKinlay.

With one out in the top of the fourth, Karol de Roode put Leeds in front, 3-1, with a 2-run single. The Locomotives went on to win the ballgame.

"Felt great, felt really good," said O'Halloran.

Leeds is now 26-22, Evansville 20-28.
