Mohicans Handle Ambers, Nab 4-2 Win

Mansfield and Akron got after it at Sprinters Ballpark.
Mansfield turned a good effort from starter Ralph Bonilla into a win over the Akron Ambers at Sprinters Ballpark. The Mohicans won the game, 4-2. Picking up the save was fireballing 6' 8" right-hander Lloyd Willerton.
Daniel Genara, who is tied for 7th in the AML in triples with 3, chipped in a 2-run home run for Mansfield in the bottom of the third. For the game, the third baseman had 2 hits in 3 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.
After the game, Genara lauded his team's effort. "We kept our focus on the task at hand," he said.
The first-place Mohicans now have a win-loss record of 27-17.
