The Akron Ambers and Leeds Locomotives provided some drama for the home crowd.

The Leeds Locomotives racked up a win at Great Lakes Field, bumping off the Akron Ambers, 4-3, in 14 innings. Dan O'Halloran, who started for Leeds, pitched effectively for his team. With the loss, Akron drops to 17-11.

O'Halloran, who was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, threw 79 pitches over 7 innings, while allowing no runs.

"I just try to put up zeroes," said O'Halloran, "and let the rest take care of itself."
