5 Straight Wins for El Dorados
The Raleigh El Dorados besoiled an otherwise fine performance by Aberdeen designated hitter Okura Kouki by beating the Golden Sands, 10-9, at El Dorado Field. Kouki hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. The win has Raleigh at 12-6.

Tracy Ramírez was the walk-off hero for Raleigh. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the El Dorados right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Our fans made themselves heard," said Ramírez.
