The Clifton Dons put together a convincing win at Clifton Stadium, defeating the Chesapeake Bay Oysters, 11-1. Andy Walker was one of the hitting stars. He was 3-4 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once for Clifton. The win moves Clifton to a record of 3-6.

With Clifton leading 7-1 in the bottom of the fifth, Walker batted against Chesapeake Bay pitcher Miguel Ávila. Walker hit a fastball to left-center for a 3-run home run. His 2nd home run of the season put the Dons on top, 10-1.
