Divisional Game 1 Victory for Bermúdez and Taku
The Taku Winds started the Divisional in style today, downing the visiting Barrow Arctic Blast at Sullivan Brothers Stadium by a score of 7-3 to stake an early 1-0 lead in the best-of-5 series. Winds right-hander Ignacio Bermúdez threw 6.0 innings of 3-hit ball.

Henry Dollman dealt the Arctic Blast a blow in the bottom of the fifth. Batting with the bases empty and Taku leading 4-3, Dollman, the 2nd overall pick in the 2040 draft, hit a full count fastball for a solo home run.

"We're one win closer to our goal," Dollman said in postgame remarks.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Sullivan Brothers Stadium in Juneau.
