Vulcans Spoil Great Performance by Sellers
The Mauna Loa Vulcans withstood an impressive performance by Kailua third baseman Joseph Sellers to defeat the Hanso, 11-5, at Blue Birds Ballpark. Sellers was 3-4 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. The Vulcans now own a record of 52-36.

Mauna Loa used the hitting of Adrián Casas to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth inning to put the Vulcans on top, 5-4. For the game, Casas had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"At the end of the day, wins and losses are really the only thing that matters," said Casas.
