Roberto Sánchez made an impact in the 8-4 Ewa Beach win over Maui. Sánchez, who is tied for 7th in the HL with a .363 on-base percentage, went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. Ewa Beach now has a record of 53-32 with the win.

Sánchez made an early impact for Ewa Beach when he stroked his 22nd home run of the season. The grand slam home run, which came in the top of the third, put the Imperialists on top, 7-2.
