Racine Lakers starter Malcolm Ivey led his team to victory over the Sioux Falls Lakota, 4-2. The right-hander was locked-in. With the win, Racine goes to 66-44, while the Lakota fall to 53-57.

Racine used the timely hitting of Shojiro Miura to seize the win. The catcher stroked a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Lakers on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Malcolm was exceptional and he pitched with a purpose," said Racine manager Noburo Kurihara.
