Well, that's how to end a game in style.

The Niigata Gigans powered past the Lincoln Emancipation, 9-8, in 11 innings at Gigans Ballpark. Manuel Morales was 2-4 with a triple. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2, to lead the charge. The wins continue to add up for Niigata. The latest makes it 8 in a row.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the 11th for Niigata. That's when David Kuhn hit a solo home run off 22-year old left-handed pitcher Jeff Lucas to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"It was terrific getting this win," Kuhn said. "We put in a lot of work to do it."
