Swamp Dragons 6-3 Winners Over Kobayashi
|
The Osakasayama Swamp Dragons picked up a win at Blacksnakes Ballpark, taking down the Kobayashi Fireflies, 6-3. Starting pitcher Sekien Sai was a big reason why. Earning his 14th save of the year was Patrick McCabe. The Swamp Dragons improved to 43-32.
Osakasayama won the game in part because of Hideyoshi Saito. The second baseman ripped a solo home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Swamp Dragons ahead, 2-0. For the game, Saito had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.
"I had a good game," said Sai. "Winning makes it even better."
