Las Brujas Malvadas Earn Late 3-2 Win
The Ensenada Las Brujas Malvadas wiggled past the Tijuana Saguaros, 3-2, in 10 innings at Triad Ballpark. The win was highlighted by the performance of Ensenada pitcher Seyoum Leabua. Ensenada pitcher Marshall Aston earned the win, hiking his record to 3-2. Jack Scott suffered the loss. The 4th-place Las Brujas Malvadas improved to 46-53.

Ensenada got a game-changing hit from Mike Clayton. The first baseman blasted a solo home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a winner.

"It was a test of wills," said Kenzaburo Sato, the Ensenada skipper. "I'm glad we came out of it with a win."
