The Nagano Olympians converted a terrific effort from starter Lorenzo Sánchez into a win over the Magami Ako at Nagano Olympic Stadium. The Olympians won the game by a final score of 2-0. Nagano is now 34-53, Magami 39-48.

Nagano took control in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Decheng Yang hit a 2-run single to make it 2-0, Olympians.

"Can't say enough about our pitching," said Yang.
