The Atsumi-Mauna Loa matchup turned into a real hit parade.

The Atsumi Autobots had to overcome a big game from Mauna Loa right fielder Cliff Braams to leave Recoil Stadium with a victory. And they did, winning, 12-10, in 10 innings. Braams went 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Earning his 4th save for Atsumi was Manuel Herrera.

Atsumi used the timely hitting of Micah Morgan to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a 2-run single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Autobots on top, 10-8. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"We'll try to build on that win," Morgan told the Atsumi Bulletin.

The second-place Autobots improved to 21-16.
