Patrick Leads Plumbers to Win
Thanks in large part to second baseman Alexander Patrick, the Yokohama Plumbers beat the West Valley City Grizzlies, 8-4. Patrick went 1-2 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. Yokohama has run its win streak to 4 in a row.

In the top of the eighth, the Plumbers grabbed the lead when Patrick hit his 4th home run of the season. The grand slam home run off Don Darragh made it 8-4, Yokohama.

"I'm proud of the way we took care of business and got the 'W' today," Patrick told the Yokohama News. "Whatever it takes."
