Late Rally Earns Sioux Falls 6-4 Win
The Sioux Falls Lakota cut down the Kyoto Rodan by the score of 6-4, with the largest share of the credit going to designated hitter Bob Smith. Smith went 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Lakota. Sioux Falls pitcher Hisanobu Takahashi got the win, upping his record to 2-1. Mike O'Halloran got the loss. Sioux Falls currently is in 4th place in the Rocky Mountain League North at 39-42.

Rowan Guao provided a timely hit. The Sioux Falls left fielder delivered a 2-run triple in the top of the eighth inning to put the Lakota on top, 5-4. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Guao.
