The Glendale Skyelanders knocked off the Kyoto Rodan, 2-0, in Rocky Mountain League action at Kaiju Coliseum. Glendale pitcher and Chelmsford, England, native Joe Hollins had an outstanding performance. The Skyelanders improved their record to 39-33 with the win over Kyoto.

The Rodan had trouble solving Hollins, who surrendered no runs on 7 hits over 8 innings.

"Joe made the big pitches when he needed to," said Glendale manager Michael Johnson.
