The Sioux Falls Lakota topped the Yokohama Plumbers, 9-3, in Rocky Mountain League action at Plumbers Ballpark. The standout performance belonged to Sioux Falls pitcher and Montreal, Canada, native Clifton Welsh. Welsh got the win, improving to 4-3. He gave up 3 hits and walked 0 over 7 innings.
