The Kauai Monsters beat the Kobayashi Fireflies, 5-4. Kauai pitcher and Izumisano, Japan, native Takahiro Yoshida led the way. Lucas Olinger collected save number 5. Kauai occupies first place in the Hawaiian League Archipelago at 21-17.
