Arctic Blast Snatch Late Win
The Barrow Arctic Blast outlasted the Ketchikan Salmon, 10-6, in 11 innings. Barrow right fielder Bryant Allen stood out with his performance. He hit 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice. The third-place Arctic Blast improved to 43-46.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 11th. With one out, Allen hit a cutter from Don Scott for a grand slam home run. The Arctic Blast, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

Allen described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
