Capitals Park was the site for Alaskan League action featuring the Whitehorse Explorers and Sitka Capitals.

Min-ho Tokko knocked in all 4 runs for the Sitka Capitals, helping them beat the Whitehorse Explorers, 4-2. John Moore, the winner, is now 1-2. He struck out 3 and walked 5 over 5 innings, while allowing 2 runs on 9 hits.

Sitka grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Tokko hit a 2-run home run off Alfonso Santiago. His 7th home run of the season put the Capitals out in front, 4-2.
