Barrow Rallies to 4-3 Win
The Barrow Arctic Blast turned back the Skagway Prospectors, 4-3, at Ballpark of Carthage. Pedro Castro, in particular, had a fine performance. He went 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Reliever Marco Elbaz picked up the win. His record improves to 2-2. Iemitsu Kouda took the loss. Jorge Mendoza nailed down the save.

Castro had a timely hit for Barrow in the bottom of the eighth. With Barrow trailing 3-1, he turned a 2-2 fastball into a 3-run home run. It was his 10th home run of the season, making it 4-3, Barrow.

"It was a pretty good night," said Castro.

Barrow, now 16-11, holds down first place in the Alaskan League Klondike.
