Kentucky Takes League Championship in Deciding Game Monday, October 29th, 2029 The Kentucky Thoroughbreds and Havana Leones put on a classic League Championship that was in question until the final game. In the end, Kentucky won the deciding contest by a score of 11-3, to take the series 4-3. "It doesn't get much tighter than that. To win a series in the last game is a thrill," said Hirohisa Inoue, who earned series MVP honors for Kentucky. "Our guys are breathing a little easier now." For the series, Inoue hit .778 with a .778 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 1 RBI and scored 2 runs.
