West Virginia-San Antonio Trade: Leclair for Hernández Monday, June 18th, 2029 West Virginia and San Antonio announced today in a joint press conference that 26-year-old LF Gary Leclair and $1,000,000 in cash will be going to the Calzones of Laredo in exchange for 24-year-old RHP Gustavo Hernández. "It'll be exciting to join a new organization," one player said. "Some of us could use a fresh start." The players have each passed physicals and are expected to report by day's end. This year Hernández has notched 2 saves. He has 29 strikeouts and 20 walks in 28.1 innings while registering a 2.86 ERA and a 2-1 won-lost record. |
