IL's Best Player, Lambert of Amsterdam Monday, July 26th, 2027 At the age of 30, Ryan Lambert might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Amsterdam catcher put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .526 batting average. For his efforts Lambert collected the Imperial League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 10 hits in 19 at-bats, 3 home runs and 10 RBIs last week in 5 games. To date, Lambert has collected 62 hits for a .238 average. He has posted 14 home runs, scored 38 runs and driven in 40 runs. |
