Havana's Moreno Will Miss Season Thursday, October 2nd, 2025 The season is ending on a bad note for Pancho Moreno, first baseman for the Havana Leones. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Moreno was hurt against the San Antonio Calzones of Laredo while running the bases. He suffered a strained groin muscle and will be out for at least 3 weeks. Presently Moreno is batting .323 with 184 hits and 9 home runs. He has knocked in 57 runs and scored 70 times. |
