Torrenas Suffer 2-1 Setback

The Guadalajara Chivas Rayadas faced a tough opponent in Zapopan pitcher Sergio Trevino, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Ballpark of Guadalajara by a final score of 2-1. Trevino went 7 innings and allowed 1 run. At 44-37, Guadalajara is in third place in the Zona Norte.
Roberto Reyna was the walk-off hero for Guadalajara. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Chivas Rayadas pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
