The Rapid City Rushmores defeated the Nampa Moccasins, 8-7, in Amber Waves League action at Ballpark of Rapid City. Rapid City pitcher Don Kennedy had a standout performance. Keun-ho Sin earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. His record is now 4-1. Rapid City goes to 47-53, Nampa to 57-44.

In the bottom of the fourth, with one out and the game tied, 3-3, first baseman Éric Flament won it for Rapid City. With runners on 1st and 3rd, Flament hit a 1-2 changeup from David Valentín for a run-scoring double, giving his team the 4-3 win.

"Winning is always a team effort," Flament said after the game.
